Detailed Calendar

Orders rendered in open court and due from attorneys must be submitted within the time specified in the Wake County Domestic Local Rules. You will be given an “order due” date upon the completion of each hearing, or the matter will be scheduled by the Family Court office for “order due” within 30 days. If the order is submitted to the judge prior to the “order due” date, you will not need to appear.
